For those who still need help getting into the pose, I have developed this in-between method. USE the ground! use your left elbow to support the left ankle behind the head, and then use the ground to push your right elbow up to your your right foot into the pose. Lift your chest ! Protect the spine ! (This is a bit of cheating, you should be able to put head on the ground and walk your feet up)
